Greetings to all. The above pic is of Poch, a male abandoned and sterilised cat I’ve been feeding at my block. He’s 1 darn super friendly cat, only comes to my door for food and water.

1 nite, my sis called me, frantic. She said something was wrong with Poch’s hind legs. My neighbourhood cat feeder (God bless her kind soul) helped to send Poch to the vet. A few days later, it dawned on every1 that Poch has been kicked in the abdomen.

My dad suspected a neighbour as he once caught this neighbour on the verge of kicking Poch, but stopped when my dad appeared. Anyway, it has been a month since Poch was help @ the vet’s. He’s backed tonite and was checking out his territory AKA near my house & surroundings.

Lo & behold, the neighbour came back & sarcastically remarked, “This cat again! I’m going to call the SPCA.”

A while later, while my friend and I were waiting outside my house to watch Poch’s actions, we heard sounds of stomping feet and Poch came running up to my doorstep. The neighbour came up & asked if Poch belonged to us. When told we were just feeding him as he was an abandoned cat, he said, “Uncle, you stop feeding him. He shit & pee near my house.”

Firstly, LIKE HELLO? You calling my dad “Uncle”? I think I can call you “uncle” too, ok? & if Poch had been poo-ing & pee-ing at your place, well then I’m sorry. Cats DO NOT have a habit of doing that. Cats, especially those outdoors, prefer doing their business in the grass. They cover up well.

Fearing for Poch’s safety, we decided to keep him in my house. We really fear that this neighbour was the 1 who kicked Poch in the 1st place. I’m sure he’d do it again with not 2nd thoughts. Unfortunately, with 3 cats already in the house, my mom is not happy with this arrangement. When we had 2 cats, I tried to adopt Poch but he just couldn’t get along with my cats.
